We serve our hot dogs in their natural casing, so you can enjoy that snap you get when you bite into a quality, old fashioned hot dog. We also offer turkey dogs, vegetable dogs, and soy dogs. Parker’s strives to serve a quality product, every time. Our dedication to quality has paid off, as we were featured on the Travel Channel’s popular show, Man v. Food, where Adam Richmond took on our 5lb. Chili Dog Challenge and lost!
We make our own chili daily and freshly grind our cheese by hand. Our chili has a slight kick, but is actually mild to some folks. For those that like additional heat, we have hot sauce on the tables so you can dress it to your liking. Our fries are also made to order, so they’re hot and crisp when they’re brought to your table.
